The old lift bridge sits at the bottom of town like a hinge between two states, and the St. Croix valley opens north from it in a long cold blue. Croix Valley Curbing and Landscaping works both ends of the Prescott year: landscape maintenance, mowing and trimming, seasonal cleanups through the green months, then plowing, shoveling and ice control once the valley fills with wind. Snow moves down that river corridor with nothing in its way, which is why the clearing starts early and gets finished. In July the reward is beds sharp against turf; in January it is a lot opened wide and gritted. Same care, different weather.
