Southwest Lawncare

About Southwest Lawncare

Thunderstorms track up the Mississippi valley on August evenings, cross Platteville, and leave the grass an inch taller by morning. Southwest Lawncare works into that, mowing, string trimming and edging yards on the west side of town and out toward Dickeyville, staying ahead of whatever the rain puts on. Evening is the good hour for it, when the heat finally lets go and cut grass smells like the entire summer at once. Spring and fall cleanups handle the rest — leaves, sticks, whatever the wind brings down off the bluffs. A yard finished at dusk holds its lines all week.
