About Kosmer Property Care LLC

Phillips is a town strung along water — Long Lake and Elk Lake right in the middle of things, with Fred Smith's concrete figures standing watch at the south end of town. Kosmer Property Care LLC tends the lawns in between: mowing yards that run down to the docks, trimming around fences and flowerbeds, hauling off the leaves when the Price County fall comes early. Daylight lasts long up here in June, and a mowed lawn at eight in the evening, with the lake going still, is its own kind of payment. That's the standard they carry from one property to the next.
