Nick's Fairway Look

About Nick's Fairway Look

A striped lawn is mostly light — grass laid one way holds the sun, laid the other it holds the shade — and in Pewaukee, where yards roll over glacial humps, those stripes follow the shape of the land. Nick's Fairway Look chases that finish all mowing season with cutting, trimming and edging, then swaps the deck for a blade once snow starts stacking on Waukesha County driveways. Plowing, opening the walks, clearing the path from the door to the car: winter has its own version of a tidy result. The satisfaction is the same either way — stepping back and seeing the line come out straight. One property, two seasons, the same eye on it.
