About Jim's Property Maintenance LLC

April in Menominee is a slow muddy negotiation: the ice lets go of the shoreline at Victory Park, the last gray piles shrink in the corners of the parking lots, and lawns come out from under winter flattened and full of grit. That first cleanup of the year is the one that decides how the rest of the summer will look. Jim's Property Maintenance LLC starts right there, raking out the winter and carting off the debris, then mowing and trimming week after week and edging the walks so the yard has an outline again. Come December the trucks are out before daylight at the same addresses, plowing drives and clearing the walks to the door. Holding a property steady in both directions, all the way around the calendar, is the entire job.
