About Homestead Property Management

Half the yards around Pelican belong to people who are somewhere else this week. Homestead Property Management keeps those lawns cut on schedule anyway — mowed, trimmed, edged and tidied — so the grass is never knee-high when headlights finally swing up the drive on a Friday night. There is something good about a place that looks lived-in when nobody has lived in it since June. Come October the work turns to leaves and one last cut before the ground stiffens for good. Lawn care up here is partly caretaking, and this is that.
