About Park Place Property Services

Marble Falls is built on pink granite, and a fine dust of it works its way into everything here — window ledges, truck beds, the seams of a work boot. Park Place Property Services likes the hour before the light off Granite Mountain turns from gray to rose, when the mowers are still cold and the grass is still holding dew. Yards in this town grow in thin soil laid over limestone, so cutting well is a matter of judgment as much as deck height. The work is mowing, edging clean along the walks and drives, string trimming what the deck cannot reach, and blowing every last cutting off the concrete before the trailer gate goes up. What gets left behind is a property that looks deliberate — lines true, borders sharp, nothing scattered where it shouldn't be.
