About CES Landscape Services

Under Oshkosh lies the bed of an old glacial lake, which is a poetic way of saying the soil is clay and it does what it wants. CES Landscape Services works with that ground rather than against it — mowing at the right height, cleaning up in spring while the yard is still waking, keeping edges honest through a heavy Wisconsin growing season. May is the month the whole town turns at once, the boulevards greening block by block outward from the river. There is a plain pleasure in the after-picture: even passes, a defined line where lawn meets walk, the clippings gone. That is the entire ambition, week after week, from the first cut to the last.
