Sosa Seasonal Services

About Sosa Seasonal Services

Winter reaches Oak Creek from the northeast, off open water, and the first ridge of it piles onto the bluffs above Bender Park while the streetlights are still burning. Sosa Seasonal Services keeps those hours, plowing driveways and lots, cutting a walkable line to the door, and spreading salt where the wind has polished pavement into glass. There is a real satisfaction in a driveway squared off at the apron, the banks pushed back past the mailbox, the last shovel edge straight as a chalk mark. By the time headlights start stacking up on Howell Avenue, the hard part is finished and the morning belongs to whoever has to drive it. Lake-effect snow does not ask permission; the only honest answer is to be out ahead of it.
