About Picture Perfect Property Maintenance LLC

First light on a February morning in Oak Creek is a blue-gray thing, and by then the storefront walks along the main roads need to be open, dry and safe for whoever pulls in first. Picture Perfect Property Maintenance LLC works ahead of that clock — plowing lots, clearing entrances and sidewalks down to the surface, spreading salt where meltwater will refreeze in the shade of a building. Lake-influenced storms here can stall and deepen again, so a property is not finished when it looks finished; it is finished when the next few hours are accounted for. The result worth chasing is a lot that looks like the snow simply skipped it. Snow work covers Oak Creek and extends to South Milwaukee, Cudahy, Franklin and Greenfield.
