About Happy Grass Outdoor Landscaping

There is an hour in late August when the light comes in sideways across the Fox River bottoms and a freshly mowed yard in Norway turns the color of a ripe pear. Happy Grass Outdoor Landscaping chases that hour: mowing on a steady schedule, trimming close along fence lines and foundations, edging the drive so the shape of a lawn is unmistakable from the road. Leaves come down early under the big oaks in this township, so the fall cleanup starts before anyone expects it, and the spring one waits for the ground to firm up. The work is unglamorous and the result is not — a yard that looks composed, week after week, in a place of lakes and low green hills.
