Out past the last streetlight the fields around New Holstein run flat and open, and a hard wind can turn a clear January day into a ground blizzard without a single new flake falling. Roeh Excavating brings heavy iron to that problem — pushing back banks grown too tall to plow over, opening farm lanes and yards, clearing the wide approaches that smaller equipment can only nibble at.
