About Price Tree Services

East of Lake Winnebago the land lies open and the wind gets a long run at it, which is why every farmstead around New Holstein keeps a row of spruce standing between itself and February. Those windbreaks age, gaps open up, and one day a limb is hanging over the milkhouse roof. Price Tree Services thins and trims them, prunes the yard maples on the old streets in town, and takes out the trees that have quit for good. When thunderstorms cross Calumet County in the dark and put a tree across the field lane, cleanup is a matter of saws, daylight and a long morning. Ledge country holds onto its weather; the work is mostly a matter of staying a step ahead of it.
