Worth Lawn Service

About Worth Lawn Service

April in Nekoosa arrives as sound — meltwater in the ditches, the river shrugging off the last gray ice, and then one warm Saturday when the mowers all start at once. Worth Lawn Service opens the season on the sandy terraces above the water, where lawns come back thin and hungry and want a careful first cut rather than a hard one. Through summer the work is weekly and unhurried: mowing, trimming around posts and garden edges, lines kept honest, clippings cleared off the concrete before the truck pulls away. The other half of the year the same properties get plowed and shoveled, so the yard somebody loves in July is still easy to reach in February. One place, tended the whole way around.
