About Cowling Property Management LLC

Early on a Neenah morning the mist lifts off the channel and settles over Shattuck Park, and the bandstand sits in it like something half-remembered. Cowling Property Management LLC is already rolling before that fog burns off, cutting the lawns that belong to buildings rather than to families — courtyards, entries, the long green strips that edge a parking lot. Trimming tight to the foundations, edging the walks, sweeping leaves off the drains before an October rain finds them first. Grounds are like weather: people notice them only when something has gone wrong, which is exactly the point of doing it right. Neenah, Menasha, Appleton and Fox Crossing.
