About ACHTENHAGEN SERVICES, INC

Tess Corners still bends the traffic the way an old crossroads does, and the year turns over there in plain view. ACHTENHAGEN SERVICES, INC keeps both halves of that calendar: mowing, trimming and edging while the summer evenings run long, then plowing, shoveling and salting once the fields go white. Nothing about a February morning in this part of Waukesha County is subtle, since the wind crosses open ground with nothing to slow it, and a drive opened wide to the road is its own small argument against it. Come May the same properties get walked for road grit and broken branches, raked out, and cut back into shape. One town, two kinds of weather, and the same eye for a finished edge.
