About Green Standard Lawn Co

Mukwonago carries a Potawatomi name meaning the place of the bear, and the oak openings that gave this land its old character still shade a great many yards. Green Standard Lawn Co works underneath those bur oaks — mowing and trimming around surface roots and drip lines, tending grass that has to share its light with a canopy that got here first. Overseeding with shade-tolerant seed, aeration to loosen the compacted traffic lanes, fertilization matched to what a shaded stand can actually use. Leaf cleanups run heavy on these streets, and they run more than once. Grass that thrives under an old oak is a small, patient victory, and it is the one worth chasing.
