Sager Services

About Sager Services

Out past the village edge the sections open into flat farm ground, and in winter the wind crosses it without anything to slow it down — snow fence helps, but a driveway out there still fills. Sager Services plows that country at night, when the drifting is worst and the roads are empty, and comes back in the morning to take off whatever the wind rebuilt. Walks and entries are finished by hand, and salt goes down where a packed lane would otherwise turn slick. Come summer the same addresses want mowing, trimming and edging, the grass kept even from the mailbox to the machine shed. It is a wide territory around Mukwa, worked one property at a time.
