About Ray's Lawn Service LLC

There is a week in late October when Mount Pleasant turns all at once — the maples along the village streets let go, and every lawn disappears under color. Ray's Lawn Service lives for that turn: fall cleanups, the last low mow of the year, drifts of leaves hauled away before the first flakes stick. Through summer the rhythm is mowing and trimming; through winter it is plowing and shoveling, driveways and walks kept open storm by storm. Working one village through its whole year builds a kind of fluency — knowing which yards flood in March, which drives blow shut in January. Ray's has that fluency, and it shows in the ground.
