About T and J Landscaping Supply, L.L.C.

On a Saturday morning along Mount Horeb's Main Street, the carved wooden trolls keep their usual watch over the sidewalk while the block wakes up slowly, and the front yards behind them are exactly the sort T and J Landscaping Supply, L.L.C. keeps in trim. Village lots are small and entirely public — every neighbor sees the line where the grass meets the walk — so the mowing is done with that audience in mind. Cut, trim, edge, blow the clippings back off the concrete, and the whole street picks up a little. Through the growing season the rhythm holds steady, and in autumn it turns to gathering leaves off the terraces before the wind takes them somewhere less convenient. It is a simple result, repeated: a lawn that looks cared for from the curb.
