Anderson Lawn Service

About Anderson Lawn Service

The old railroad grade that became the Military Ridge State Trail runs straight out of Mount Horeb, and the yards along it keep something of that same clean line — which is the kind of edge Anderson Lawn Service likes to leave behind. Summer sets its own schedule here: grass surges after a ridge-top thunderstorm, then the long clear evenings open up for trimming and hauling off what the mower left. When the cold turns everything white overnight, the same driveways get the plow and the shovel before anyone needs to back out toward Highway 18. There is a plain satisfaction in a lawn cut even to the property line and a walk scraped down to bare concrete. Mount Horeb and the villages along the ridge get both halves of the year looked after.
