Kubly Tree Services.

About Kubly Tree Services.

The Sugar River State Trail follows the old rail grade straight through Monticello, past the millpond and out into Green County's rolling dairy ground. Trees along a corridor like that grow long and lanky reaching for light, while the ones in town — big yard maples, walnuts behind the barns — put on weight every year. Kubly Tree Services removes the ones that have become a liability, trims crowded crowns, and prunes young trees early so they grow into a shape that will hold. When a line of June storms comes up the valley and leaves a limb across the lane, it is cut, hauled and gone before the grass has dried. Plain, useful work, in a place where a good stand of shade in front of a farmhouse is something people actually notice.
