About G-Pro Excavating & Landscaping

Montfort sits high on the Military Ridge, a small village strung along Highway 18 with the Driftless country falling away into coulees on either side. The wind up there has nothing in its way, and it shapes both seasons, piling winter snow into drifts across driveways, then rippling the summer grass in long green waves. G-Pro Excavating & Landscaping works that high ground the whole year, clearing snow when the ridge takes the brunt of a storm and mowing and trimming lawns once the hollows turn green. Heavy equipment is in the name, and so is a feel for the land. Up on the ridge in Montfort, a cleared drive or a level-cut lawn stands out sharp against the sky.
