About All Service Specialists

Monona Drive at four in the morning after a snowfall belongs entirely to plow trucks and streetlight. All Service Specialists works that window, moving lot to lot along the business strip so that when the first cars turn in at six the pavement is open and the walk to the door is already cleared. Commercial ground asks for more than a push: aisles and stalls opened up, entrances kept wide, walks shoveled to the curb cut, salt laid where meltwater will refreeze against a north-facing wall. Dane County winters run gray and long, thawing just enough at midday to glaze everything by evening, so the work is as much about the second visit as the first. By the time the sky lightens over the lake, the lots look ordinary again, which is exactly the goal.
