About Alexander Property Maintenance LLC

Monona takes its temper from the lake it sits on. In July the breeze off Lake Monona keeps the shoreline yards a shade cooler and a shade greener, and Alexander Property Maintenance LLC mows, trims, and edges them through the long, generous evenings. In January that same open water, now locked and white to the far shore, hands the wind straight into the streets, and the crew is out plowing drives and clearing walks before the day starts moving. Lakeside lots have their own demands either way: soft ground in spring, wind-packed drifts in winter, and neighbors close enough to notice the difference. Handling both halves of the year for the same property is the point, so nothing gets handed off and nothing falls through the gap between seasons.
