About Northern Lawn & Property Services

Downtown Minocqua lawns run all the way to the water — a strip of green, a low wall, then the lake doing whatever the wind tells it. Northern Lawn & Property Services mows and trims that narrow ground, where a yard has to look finished from the road and from a boat at once. Trimming around shoreline stone, edging the walks, cleaning up in spring and again when the oaks finally let go in November: it adds up to a property that reads cared-for from every angle. On a still August evening, the last cut done and the light going amber across Torpy Park, the shore lawns look exactly the way people picture the Northwoods before they ever get here. Keeping that picture true is the whole of the job.
