Lakeland Caretaking & Landscaping

About Lakeland Caretaking & Landscaping

By the end of October the back bays go still, the docks come up, and half the driveways along the water lead to houses nobody will open again until May. Lakeland Caretaking & Landscaping keeps those places from looking forgotten: the last cut of the year taken clean, the leaves cleared off, and then, all winter, snow pushed back from the drive and the walk shoveled right to the door. There is a particular satisfaction in an opened approach on a January afternoon when no one is coming — the work happens anyway, because that is what caretaking means. When the thaw arrives, the same lawns are mowed, trimmed and edged back into shape. Minocqua rewards that kind of steadiness; the lake never asks twice.
