About SnowbizzMKE

Snow falls differently at midnight in Riverwest — orange under the streetlights, soundless as it crosses the Locust Street bridge. That is often when the plowing starts, because the difference between a two-hour storm and an all-day mess is whether somebody got out ahead of it. SnowbizzMKE clears Milwaukee driveways and walks, pushing back to bare pavement and salting so the midday thaw doesn't refreeze into a rink by dark. After a heavy fall the river fog climbs the banks and the whole neighborhood goes soft-edged and still. Come daylight the drives are open, and the day is simply allowed to begin.
