About Brown Deer Lawn Services

North of the city line the streets widen and the lots run deep, with the Brown Deer woods holding a dark line at the back of things. Brown Deer Lawn Services takes those yards through both halves of the year: cutting, trimming, edging, mulch and the raking-out that starts and ends the green months, then blade work on the drives, hand clearing at the doors and salt on the ice. A deep lot is a long push in January and a long walk behind a mower in July, and either way it wants doing properly out to the last foot. Fall comes on quickly here — one cold night and the oaks let go all at once. There is a plain pleasure in a property that looks finished at both ends of the year.
