Blossom Lawn Care

About Blossom Lawn Care

Spring shows up late on the near south side and then all at once — the Domes glowing off Layton Boulevard, and every yard along the way going from straw to green inside a week. Blossom Lawn Care meets it with mowing, trimming, edging, bed work and mulch, a clearing-out of everything winter left behind, then steady cutting through the long green middle of the year. There is a particular Milwaukee smell to the first cut: wet clay, cold grass, lilac somewhere down the block. Doing it well means leaving nothing behind but that smell and the lines in the turf. By November the same yards get raked out and put to bed, ready to do it again.
