Lea's Lawn Care

About Lea's Lawn Care

October in Milton Junction smells like leaves and rain on old rail beds. That is Lea's Lawn Care season as much as any — raking and hauling a maple's worth of color off lawns before the first wet snow presses it flat. Through summer it is mowing and trimming; when the cold sets in for good, it is snow — driveways opened, walks shoveled, salt down before the school buses roll. The work follows the town's own calendar, the one written in frost dates and cut grass. And when a yard comes out of winter clean, raked, and ready to green, that is the whole point.
