Wagner's Lawn Care

About Wagner's Lawn Care

Merrimac keeps the oldest commute in Wisconsin — the little ferry gliding across Lake Wisconsin while the Baraboo bluffs go violet in the evening light. Wagner's Lawn Care tends the yards that watch that crossing. Lakeside grass grows thick and fast off the water, so the mowing stays regular through summer, with trimming along seawalls and fence lines and edges cut sharp where lawn meets drive. Cleanups gather what the big cottonwoods shed. On a warm evening, with the ferry humming out on the water and a fresh-cut yard sloping down toward it, the whole village looks like a postcard that somebody mows.
