About Badger Snow & Landscape LLC

Out along the western section-line roads, where Mequon's fields run flat and unbroken toward the horizon, snow doesn't fall so much as travel. A north wind lifts it off the stubble and lays it back down across driveways in long hard ridges, and Badger Snow & Landscape LLC goes out in the small hours to take it away again — plowing, clearing walks, spreading salt on the slick apron where a drive meets the road. Come May the same ground turns green and the work turns to mowing, trimming, and hauling off winter's litter of sticks and gravel. Two trades, one map, learned driveway by driveway. There is a plain satisfaction in a farmhouse drive cut wide and square before anyone inside is awake.
