About LSI Property Management

Four in the morning in Menomonie, with the streetlights hazed and the plow's amber flashers sweeping the storefronts, is when a parking lot gets decided. LSI Property Management works those hours — clearing lots and drives, stacking snow where it will not block a sightline, salting the aisles and entries before the first car arrives. By the time students and staff are walking across, the surface underfoot is bare and the night's storm is a story instead of a problem. There is craft in it: knowing where meltwater will run and freeze, and getting salt down before it does. Commercial and residential properties around Menomonie and the neighboring towns are the responsibility.
