About JL Property Services, LLC

Appleton Avenue carries the village's working traffic, and behind it sit the lots and buildings that have to be open and passable whether or not the weather cooperates. JL Property Services, LLC keeps that kind of ground around Menomonee Falls — grass mowed, trimmed and edged on a set schedule through the warm months, then plowed, shoveled and salted through the cold ones. Sunday morning early is a good time to see the result: an empty lot with clean lines cut across the green, or scraped down to black pavement with every walkway already open. The point of it is that nobody has to think about the property on Monday. That is the shape of the job, twelve months around.
