About David Hartl & Sons

Four in the morning on a Taylor County farm lane, and the milking does not wait for the weather. David Hartl & Sons runs snow work on that clock — blade down before daylight, long drives opened end to end, turnarounds pushed wide enough for a truck to swing. Walks get shoveled, steps cleared, salt laid where ice glazes overnight along the wind-scoured stretches of Highway 13. A north Wisconsin winter delivers in installments, and the answer is showing up again, and again, until April lets go. Snow plowing and clearing for homes, farms and businesses around Medford.
