About DGS Specialty Services

At four in the morning the rail yard on McFarland's edge is all sodium light and steam, and the wind that came down out of Alberta has already laid three inches over everything. DGS Specialty Services is out in it, plow down, lot after lot, drive after drive, while the village sleeps. Snow doesn't arrive politely here — it slants in off the open ground and drifts across every approach it can find. The payoff is small and entirely real: a black strip of pavement, a car that backs out without a fight, someone at work on time. By the time the first kitchen light comes on, the way out is already there.
