About Capitol Plowing LLC

At three in the morning the Capitol dome is lit and empty, and the only traffic on the Square is a plow with its blade down. Capitol Plowing LLC belongs to that hour — downtown lots and alleys, apartment drives off State Street, walks and entries scraped and salted before the first bus route runs. Snow arrives sideways here, funneled between the buildings, so a stretch cleared at midnight can need another pass by dawn. They make the second pass. The reward is a whole block waking to bare pavement with no idea how it got that way.
