About Harv's Tree Services

Lake Nebagamon goes quiet under snow, the white pine holding its load, the lake a flat white field out past the shoreline camps. Harv's Tree Services works this north-woods village where the timber stands tall and close to the cabins — removal for a pine that has died standing, trimming and pruning to pull limbs back off roofs and service drops. Northwest wind tests every weak top around the water, so storm damage cleanup is regular work, and it usually starts with lifting fallen limbs off the driveway. There is something worth standing back for in a yard reopened to sky, the brush gone, the ground left smooth enough for spring. Lake Nebagamon, Solon Springs, Poplar and the Superior side all count on that.
