Henke Marquardt Lawn Care

About Henke Marquardt Lawn Care

Fog sits on the Flambeau most summer mornings and does not lift off the bottomland until the sun is well up over Ladysmith. That is the hour Henke Marquardt Lawn Care likes best — dew still heavy, the river working away somewhere past the willows, the day not yet hot. The work is lawn care in its steady form: weekly mowing, string trimming around posts and fences, edged borders, and the leaf hauling that comes once the hardwoods let go. River-valley yards grow thick in one corner and thin in another, so the satisfaction is in bringing a rough one back to a single even plane. A lawn cut right in the morning still looks right at supper, and that is the whole point.
