About 4 Hire Inc

Highway 8 runs east out of Ladysmith into country that takes its snow seriously, and on the morning after a storm the plow lights are out there before anything else. 4 Hire Inc handles snow removal across Rusk County — driveways opened down to the pavement, walks cleared, lots pushed back square, salt laid where the shade keeps ice stubborn. Storms up here arrive in long grey loads off the pines and generally leave more behind than the forecast promised. There is a plain kind of pride in the result: a clean apron at the end of the drive, no ridge left by the road plow, room to back out without guessing. By the time the first school bus takes the corner, the way out is already open.
