Everything Outdoors

About Everything Outdoors

October is the honest month here. The oaks along the old highway hold their leaves stubbornly, the marsh grass turns the color of weak tea, and every yard in Kronenwetter wants its autumn work done before the ground locks up. Everything Outdoors takes on the leaf hauling, the last cuts of the year, and the trimming and edging that put a property to bed properly. There is real satisfaction in a lawn raked bare in late fall — you can see the shape of the ground again, ready for what is coming to cover it. Mowing and steady maintenance carry the warm half of the calendar; this is how it closes. The route runs through the village and out toward Knowlton and Weston.
