About Kenosha Property Maintenance LLC

A January dawn along the Alford Park shore comes up pale and slow, the lake steaming and the north-side lots still buried from the night before. Kenosha Property Maintenance LLC works that first light — plowing lots and drives, shoveling entrances and walks, spreading salt on the pavement that freezes before anything else does. Snow here rarely falls politely; it drifts, it packs, it comes back. Answering it properly means clearing wide, clearing early, and returning when the wind undoes some of it. Kenosha and the towns close in around it are the winter route.
