About Sams Family Snow Removal

Most of Janesville's snow comes in on a clipper out of the northwest — quick, dry, and usually overnight. Sams Family Snow Removal is out in it well before the streetlights begin to fade, plowing driveways, clearing walks, opening a path to the road so the morning can happen on schedule. Four in the morning on a residential block has its own kind of quiet: the blade, the wind, and porch lights coming on one at a time behind you. There is real pride in a drive scraped down to the pavement and squared at the apron, with nowhere left for the melt to freeze back. By the time the city plows reach the main roads, folks here are already backing out.
