About Green Standard Lawn Care

Late August on Janesville's south side, where the ground lies long and flat and the light stays gold until almost nine, is when a lawn shows its keeper. Green Standard Lawn Care works the details that read from the sidewalk: an edge cut clean along the concrete, corners squared, no ragged stems left behind the trimmer. Mowing on a set schedule through the season keeps the turf thick enough to shrug off the dry weeks that southern Wisconsin always slips in. It is quiet work with a loud result — you can see it from the street. That is the point of doing it well.
