About Rod Hipsher Logging & Tree Services

Spring in this corner of Bayfield County arrives as sound — meltwater in the ditches, the White River loud again, back roads gone soft inside a week. Rod Hipsher Logging & Tree Services reads that season the way anyone who works timber does, and brings the same eye into a yard: tree removal close to a house, trimming and pruning that give a birch room to widen. When wind lays a big aspen across a fence line, storm damage cleanup gets it bucked and carried out, with the ground left smooth instead of rutted. Every drop is planned backward from the spot where the tree has to land. Iron River and the towns strung along the highway get work that leaves the woods edge tidy and the house out of harm's way.
