Squeegee Squad Western Wisconsin

About Squeegee Squad Western Wisconsin

Hudson climbs away from the St. Croix in a run of hills, and every one of them has to be open before the town starts its day. Squeegee Squad Western Wisconsin takes the dark end of a storm — plow trucks working the commercial lots up on the ridge, shovels on the walks, ice control laid down wherever the grade turns slick. By the time the first headlights come up the hill, the pavement reads clean to its painted lines and the banks sit back off the curb where they belong. There is a plain satisfaction in a lot that looks like weather never touched it. The same routes carry out through North Hudson, Houlton, Roberts and New Richmond, storm after storm, all winter long.
