Coulee Dirt Work Lawn & Snow

About Coulee Dirt Work Lawn & Snow

Snow does not lie flat in coulee country; it finds the mouth of a valley, takes the wind, and packs a drift across a driveway hard enough to lean on. Coulee Dirt Work Lawn & Snow plows and blows Holmen drives and lots through February, cutting the banks back so the next storm has somewhere to go. Walks get shoveled, ice gets treated, and the apron is opened wide enough for a truck to swing in without a second try. Late-winter mornings out here run blue and bitter until the sun finally clears the ridge. Snow removal for a place where the wind does half the drifting on its own.
