Black Ridge Forestry Mulching

About Black Ridge Forestry Mulching

By late summer a back lot on the edge of Holmen can go shaggy in a hurry, grass tall and leaning under the dark line of the ridge to the east. Black Ridge Forestry Mulching brings it back to lawn — mowing the open ground, trimming the rough margins, edging where the grass has crept, and hauling off what the cut leaves behind. There is something satisfying about standing at the far corner afterward and seeing clean across an even, open piece of ground. The sun drops behind the coulee rim early out here, so the work runs against the light. Lawn care for the yards that got out ahead of their owners.
