J-R Excavating

About J-R Excavating

Some Hayward driveways are a quarter mile of gravel with a bend in the middle, and after a northwest Wisconsin storm they simply are not there anymore. J-R Excavating puts a blade to that problem, plowing drives, lanes and lots so a truck can get out to the county highway and the banks don't creep in from both sides by March. The work happens at odd hours — headlights on falling snow, wipers losing ground and catching up. Snow up here isn't one event but a season stacked on itself, and clearing it early in December is what keeps January manageable. There is a quiet pride in a lane that stays wide all winter.
